Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1 day to process your order. Expect an email within 2 days to let you know your order is on the way!
DELAYS DUE TO STOCK SHORTAGE
If an item is out of stock with one of our suppliers, we will make contact with you to let you know when an Item may be shipped. If an item is unavailable for 2 weeks or longer, we will offer a full refund of your purchase price.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2 days using New Zealand Courier or Courier Post. i.e. Flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 applies to orders shipping anywhere in New Zealand;
We do not ship outside of New Zealand at this time.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at autopartznz@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
